Lima Shore Excursion is devoted to give you the best experience from the first moment you book with us. The quality of our service always depends on our well organization, that’s why we consider necessary to inform you the following terms:

Because of many tourists cancelling the tours at the last minute, we feel the necessity to establish some policies to guarantee that all the experience is going to turn out perfect, from the moment you book until the tour is operated. At the moment when you book with us, driver, guide and all the providers are scheduled, that means that they have to cancel other companies to separate the scheduled days for you.

• If you cancel your tour the same day or not show up then you are agree to pay 100%

• If you confirm a tour and then you cancel with less than 2 (two) days notice, you agree to pay: 50% of the total amount of the tour price.

• We allowed you to reschedule your tour to another date with 2 days in advanced notification, if so, the action is without any extra cost.
